Hi there, I'm Tiffany!
I have a passion to help others shift into their best life.
I am Tiffany, a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate.
I created Transformative Destiny to be a safe space for women, especially women who hold the world on their shoulders. I understand how it feels to want to do everything in your life perfectly and successfully. I also deeply understand how exhausting that can be.
I have a passion for helping women who hold multiple roles simultaneously, such as working professional, mother, wife, friend, daughter, etc. When you are the dependable one, the one who has it all together, it can result in you not taking time for yourself. When you finally break down, who is there for you? Who is there to help you get back on your feet? I intend to provide a space so you can get the support and validation needed for you to make necessary changes to get your time and power back.
I also have a passion for helping women in all stages of the perinatal journey. I understand the feelings of fear, anxiety, stress, and excitement that come with this journey. You may feel as if you cannot talk about your fears and anxieties as you may fear judgment or do not want to appear ungrateful for this new life you are bringing into the world. I want to provide a safe space for women to be able to acknowledge and then process those feelings, so you can take back your power and sense of self while on your perinatal journey.
