There are 2 groups available to sign up for:

Balancing Act– Are you working full time, taking care of your family, being an attentive partner, daughter, friend while also attempting some self-care? Does it seem impossible? If this describes your life, sign up for the group and be in a small community of like-minded women who are also trying to figure it out. We will discuss ways of easing the burden while being a support for what can be a a VERY busy time of the year.

This is a short term group that will be held virtually for 6-8 likeminded women to come together to be able to gain support, validation and techniques on how to balance all of the current hats you are wearing.

Meetings will be held weekly (virtually) for 4 weeks.
$65.00 per person per weekly session. 
Starting the week of September 6th.


Mom Overload
– Are you dealing with intense anxiety of how you can successfully parent and be a great mother when there is so much going on in the world? Is the thought of your kids going back to school providing you with anxiety, especially thinking about the possibility of sicknesses? Maybe you are feeling overwhelmed with being a mom and all that it entails and need support/validation from other moms who get it.

This is a short term group that will be held virtually for 6-8 likeminded women to come together to gain support, validation and techniques to handle everything that comes with motherhood. This is your maternal mental health check-in.

How to Schedule An Appointment

1. Fill in Contact Form

Fill in the contact form with your information. You will receive an email with a link to schedule the consultation and to complete the consultation questionnaire.

2. Consultation

Attend your free 15 minute consultation to discuss background information, what is bringing you to therapy and if we are good fit. If so, we will schedule our intake session. 

3. Complete Paperwork

Prior to our first session, you must complete your intake paperwork.
